Citizen Input Sought Regarding Kelly Mill Road Widening Project

The Forsyth County Department of Engineering held a public information open house January 19 regarding a proposed project that would widen Kelly Mill Road from Bethelview Road to Post Road. Even if you were unable to attend the meeting, you still have time to submit your comments regarding the project. 

Written statements concerning the project will be accepted until February 19. Written statements may be submitted to:

In addition to the proposed roadway widening, the project will include turning lane construction, sidewalk installation and installation of a traffic signal at West Forsyth High School Drive at Kelly Mill Road. Funding for the project is to come from the current Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax program, SPLOST VI.
